YES! Lindsay and John’s wedding at the GRAND 1401 in FRESNO CA was AWESOME!! I love when I get to travel up north for weddings, everything seems so fresh and new and my eye gets to work in overdrive. THE GRAND 1401 is an incredible venue. Originally built in the 1920’s and restored to that Italian renaissance vibe. Beautiful pillars, gold elevators and a super spacious event area, it was almost too good hahaha!

We started out at The Reedley Mennonite Brethren Church  for details, bride and groom prep and prayer. This was really awesome. Everyone was there and ready to party. Secondly we finished up the prep and moved outside for the first look of Lindsay’s father and her now husband John. Thirdly, we did a gift exchange at the same time and Lindsay was throwing the tissue paper everywhere trying to get to her gift hahaha. It makes me so happy when I see reactions like this. I mean really, is it good to be so proper all the time? I think not haha sometimes you have to just be a kid and let the paper fly!

You know what was crazy? The insanely EPIC ranch we had access to for our family/wedding party and BG pictures! I’ve been to so many throughout the years but this one took the cake. Although there were no barns or farm equipment,  what it did have was the MOST beautiful trees and tree lines. I’ll take those over the other stuff any day of the week.

Something else that was incredible happened. So the Warnors Theatre that they were able to secure for the engagement shoot here —-> https://bryanhudsonphotography.com/warnors-theatre-fresno-engagement/ They were able to get their names up on the marquee!!!

Most importantly, our reception went off without a single hitch thanks to Rochelle DeLong at www.thesocialspreeevents.com . She rocked it from start to finish and the GRAND 1401 looked AMAZING.

In conclusion, we capped off our night together at the GRAND 1401 with a few EPIC night shots and then started the long drive home back to LA. All the way thinking how much fun we just had working our butts off haha!
