Warnors Theatre Fresno Engagement | Lindsay + John

When I do engagement sessions I always want the setting to reflect how AMAZING my couples are. So if you’d like the classy urban look I’ll always suggest Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, if you like a more lush nature setting then look no further than Coorigan Ville in Simi Valley, O’ Melveny Park in Granada Hills or the many area of the LA Forest we have access to in La Canada Flintridge. For beaches let’s go to El Matador in Malibu ( easily the prettiest beach on the coast ). Every once in while though my couples are able to pull strings and have a completely original setting. WARNORS THEATRE FRESNO ENGAGEMENT.

This is what Lindsay and John were able to do and it was perfect! The Warnors Theatre in Fresno was built by Alexander Pantages back in the 1920s and throughout the years has been destined for demolition, bought and restored as a non-profit that holds many events throughout the year for bands and art shows. The beautiful thing about it’s story is that the restoration was able to retain so many facets from what Pantages originally envisioned. THE WARNORS THEATRE IN FRESNO is definitely a historical landmark.

It’s hard to describe the feeling when walking into the main stage. It’s breathtaking and at the same raw and delicate. I was so stoked they were able to pull this off and with the INCREDIBLE images we made here I feel like I did my own sort of justice in breathing life into this space. Of course I had the help of Lindsay and John too haha! They are both charismatic and playful so my job was super easy.

Once we finished up at Warnors Theatre we went across the street to 1401 Grand! This is the building they booked their reception at and it was sooo good! We were able to venture upstairs onto the balconies and other good stuff. I’ll be blogging about the wedding soon and it was definitely one of my favorites.

To end our day together we drove out to Woodward Park in Fresno. We we’re able to reserve a spot in the Asias Garden where they have this incredible sprawling bridge over a lake.

It was a beautiful day quite honestly. We planned, jammed and just straight up kicked butt.
