This session almost never happened. A couple days prior to Ashley and Jowell’s EL MATADOR BEACH ENGAGEMENT there was a forecast for 100% rain, knowing Malibu….there was a slim to none chance we would be able to dodge it. Even on it’s good days EL MATADOR can have a huge blanket of overcast. So what did we do? We said screw it and went in anyway haha. Fortunately we got a nice break from the weather and as a bonus scored parking super fast.

It’s not often I head out to the coast but when I do, it’s almost always to do a EL MATADOR BEACH ENGAGEMENT. Truly no joke, go look back through the 100s of blogs and see for yourself. My thinking is this, if you’re going to put forth the effort for a beach session why not rock the best piece of beach on the SoCal coast.
